Looking for a new coach but unsure if online coaching is for you? This option is designed for you. Try out this service for a highly discounted coaching rate with no commitment to continue past the 30 days.

This is also designed for those with an upcoming race very soon and need advice and a training plan in the final key weeks leading up to it. This is priced higher than the tester plan.

Please note, you can only avail of the 'tester plan' rate once. If you want to continue using my coaching services after then you will have to choose a monthly plan.

Why choose this plan?
This is ideal for those new to running and looking to get a feel for coaching. It is also ideal for those on a time crunch for an upcoming race

What does it involve?
Just like with all my coaching services, we will go over your training history you goals for the next few months and your time commitment to the training. We will then come up with a specific training plan, with flexibility built in so that we can get you on your way.

Our initial communication will include context and understanding of the training and why each workout is beneficial towards reaching your goal.

You will receive a fully comprehensive plan for 1 month. This is different to my monthly options where training is given weekly.

Communication
As this is a basic and introductory plan, communication will be a bit less than with my monthly plan options. We will have communication at the start of the plan as we develop the plan for you and then we will review it halfway through the plan so that we can adapt anything and see how you are responding.
