We will come together and discuss a bespoke training plan, specific to your needs and flexible to your lifestyle.
I offer different monthly options such as discounted 2, 4 and 6 month rates.
This service is for those who want a bespoke training plan created for them for up to 16 weeks.

We will discuss the goals you want to achieve & I will present a specific plan for you with adaptability/flexibility built in.
This service is a once off payment.

Experience
I have over 20 years of running experience & have completed at national and international levels. I am currently undertaking the coaching pathway in Athletics Ireland & also have a college degree in Athletic Therapy & Training. I have also spent time coaching & teaching peers/younger people in another degree. I am self coached myself, running a 2:29 Marathon and 68 minute Half marathon. I am currently training for a Sub 2:20 marathon
Flexibility
With training there has to be flexibility. Each person has their own thing going on & training has to be adaptable and flexible to suit their needs. Therefore in my coaching style & training plans, I build in flexibility so that training can be easily moved weekly while keeping the quality and consistency there. My training is adaptable yet doesn't lose its integrity.
Specific
My training & coaching style includes specific work that will best suit your needs and goals. We will build in the training that suits your body and your needs for the goal race/races. This includes structuring workouts that best suit your situation, your training style, what your body responds best to and also what you like & has worked for you in the past.
Progressive
My training is multifaceted & progressive meaning that we will progress through different phases of training to build a base, develop speed and build endurance. Each phase will have different training blocks with their own goals that will ultimately build towards your main goal of the season.
