The 12 week Dublin marathon training plan is for those specifically training for the Dublin marathon & targeting around 4 hours. We also have a generic version of this for any marathon. This version contains  specific information about Dublin marathon, key points along the course, elevation profiles and a deep dive into the course itself and how to maximise your efforts to get that PB.
